Welcome to photos of the first screened porch here in ELV.  It is lakeside on Arlington Oaks Court and certainly makes a beautiful addition to our little village.

These photos are here to not only show off what the owner has done, but to give other owners who are also thinking of installing their own, an idea of what would blend in the best and maintain the overall most desirable “look” for the properties.

You will find that we are specifying Bronze Anodized Aluminum superstructure as well as dark grey or black screen on any porch projects to be maintained throughout the village.
